When ID skeptics object to the arguments of ID proponents that the incredible fine tuning of the universe is evidence for design they often turn to speculating about an infinite number of universes in which ours just happened to win the cosmic lottery and evolve to sustain life. Is that hypothesis testable? Is it science?
